Richard Winter currently serves as President of the Point of Purchase Advertising International (POPAI), directing all activities for the only global association dedicated to the marketing at retail industry. Mr. Winter became President of POPAI in 2009. He was previously involved with the association having served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman from 1998 - 1999.

Prior to assuming his current role with POPAI, Mr. Winter served as Sector President of Marmon Retail Services LLC. In this capacity, he oversaw full P&L responsibility and operating accountability for nearly $800 million in sales within the global groups manufacturing and distribution operations in North America, Europe and Asia.

Mr. Winter has a proven track record of growing international manufacturing, distribution, and service-based businesses. He is no stranger to delivering growth through increased market penetration, acquisitions, expanded product offerings, and startups. Mr. Winter's worldwide operations experience in the Americas, Europe and Asia, coupled with his CPA background, has proven to be an asset in increasing top-line, market share and profit margins.

Mr. Winter is an energetic leader with exceptional drive and focus.  When he is not busy advancing the marketing at retail industry he can be found spending time with his family.
